part of Akash Hi-tech Group, we, Akash Hi-tech Industries (P) Ltd.,
have come a long way ever since our inception in 1985 as a
manufacturer and exporter of Precision
turned components (CNC), Machined Components on Conventional
Machines, Rubber Moulded Extruded, Fabricated and Metal Bonding
Components etc. Equipped with a strong infrastructure and utilizing the
latest machineries and the best raw materials available, we have
created a wide spectrum of products that have found large scale
applications in various Automobiles, Petro Chemical, Aerospace, Power
Generation, Defence, Pharmaceutical, Medical and Materials Handling
industries.

the years, we have established a sizable presence at both the
domestic and international market on account of our products that are

Facilities
The
company boasts of a strong infrastructure. This company is well equipped with multi
manufacturing technology with backward integration facilities. This
helps the company to manufacture high quality Rubber
Moulded, Extruded & Metal Bonding Components as well as Various Nuts like Hex Weld Nut, Sq. Weld Nut, Standard Nuts, Flang
Nut Sq. Nut & Flang Nut with serrations. We also have our own
tool room as well as a separate well equipped CNC turning center to
manufacture various forging & drawn bar precision turned
components.

Assurance
We
lay strong emphasis on quality. Our quality control department has
all the machineries and the tools that are required to undertake
quality checks. The entire production process is controlled and
carried out strictly as per the control plan, process sheet, work
instructions etc. Strict vigil is maintained on the entire
manufacturing process and rigorous inspections are carried out right
from the very beginning. Due to our quality, we got ISO 9001:2000 Certification.
